RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
The deposit amount varies by boat, please see boat prices for deposit amount. This deposit can be made using a major credit card.
Once a deposit is received, a confirmation of your reservation with the amount of the balance due, your receipt and contact instructions will be emailed to you
BALANCE DUE:
The balance due must be received 45 days prior to fishing date unless other arrangements are made. Please note that boats chartered for Tournaments, Larger Boats and Live Aboards may require a "Terms and Conditions" to be agreed upon prior to your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS:
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 45 days prior to fishing date receive full refund less applicable credit card processing fees. 44 / 15 days prior fishing date are Charged 1/3 of charter. 14 / 8 days prior fishing date are Charged 1/2 of charter. Cancellations less than 7 days are charged in full. Cancellations are in writing to E-Mail reserve@LaPaz-Sportfishing.Com or fax to 01152 (612) 121-5101. No shows are charged in full.
CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS:
Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your reservation concerning number of fishing days or number of persons fishing. We will do everything within our power to accommodate you.
